Organizational Structure
AFGE is headquartered in Washington with 12 regional district offices directed by their own national vice presidents. The national vice presidents and three executive officers comprise AFGE’s policy-making body, called the National Executive Council. There are also dozens of agency-based councils and nearly 1,100 locals.
